Manchester Pride – Civil Partnerships
Tuesday, August 26th, 2008Manchester Pride is Manchester’s annual Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender festival. The Festival is open to everyone and traditionally raises money for AIDS/HIV charities which help all parts of the community.Partner Jacqui Marsland, this August bank holiday watched the parade to take in the carnival atmosphere.
Whilst she hopes that Civil Partnerships are happy and long lasting this is not always the case and Jacqui provides a sympathetic approach to those who need help applying for a dissolution of a civil partnership or need advice regarding the others matters related to separation including finances. At present there are only ten courts able to deal with proceedings. However Chester is one of these courts so if you need help you do not need to travel to Manchester.
Jacqui can also advise prior to a civil ceremony on whether a pre partnership agreement to regulate finances would be helpful.
