Hips Update

HIPs (HOME INFORMATION PACKS) are now required for all properties placed on the market after 14th December 2007. Please contact us for help and advice before you contact your estate agent. You will need to have “commissioned” a HIP before you place your property on the market for sale. This means that the HIP does not have to be in place before you market the property but this concession will cease on 31st December 2008 when you will need a HIP before you can market your property.
